At Charlie's, we celebrate simplicity and seasonality. Our culinary team are continually creating and evolving seasonally inspired dishes that showcase the best of our surroundings. Our signature cocktail menu weaves in the historic Spice Trade, sourcing flavours from the Indian subcontinent to elevate the classics.
Sri Lanka has a rich heritage steeped in producing some of the finest teas in the world. At Charlie’s, we showcase teas grown in both the high country and the low country across our F&B concepts. Some of the teas we use are truly local and grown within just a few miles of The Charleston.

The rich cultural tapestry of Galle Fort is the inspiration behind the menu at Charlie’s. Using only the freshest of seasonal ingredients, amplifying the flavours with local herbs and spices and preparing them in ways that borrow from both European and Sri Lankan culinary traditions, has borne a truly unique menu.
Charlie's terrace offers an unrivaled al fresco dining experience, overlooking the historic ramparts of Galle Fort. Watch the sun dissolve behind the horizon and the multitude of stars appear in the night sky whilst enjoying an array of flavours and aromas artfully created by our culinary team.
